I am a Shorian

Shorian Football Dress/Spikes
At every football event, function, gathering, players must be in Lake Shore colors.
             Red, White, Black, Gray, Silver - Shirts, shorts, socks, spikes, gloves (any apparel)
                           * If spikes have an off color, lime or gold as examples, they must be covered in above colors
                           * All players at all levels need a pair of red, pair of white and a pair of black game socks.  We will let them                                      know what color to wear during the pregame practice which is the day before the game.

In preparation:  Game day dress.  All players, at all levels on the day of their game, will wear cotton or dress pants, a Red polo or button down dress shirt, a tie, if not red polo, and dress shoes. Lake Shore colors are required, red, white, black or gray.  If you have any questions, please see Coach Popp. 


Schedule for Success
BE KIND ALL DAY AND NIGHT
Wake up on time, first alarm, no snooze button
Feet hit the floor, turn around, make your bed, clean your room (2 minutes if you do it every day)
Eat/Shower, in the order that works best for you, drink water
Do something positive to help in your home, clean, praise someone, help with a sibling, help parents
Gather your materials for school (they should be in the same spot and prepared last night)
Get to EVERY class on time, participate in class, lead, write down what you did in class and what you have for homework
Workout, participate in your sport, work, take time for yourself
Complete homework, study, read
Help around the house, eat dinner, take some time to yourself
Get all school materials, clothes, other stuff ready for the morning
Put your phone away, get a great sleep
You should be able to put a time to each one of the events above, stay organized, set yourself up for SUCCESS!!!
                         It is your education, be responsible for it.
